Must haves:
- Demonstrable experience with a variety of breeds and styles (Min. 3 yrs.)
- Exceptional scissoring, finishing and pet handling skills
- Excellent client relations and communication skills
- Appreciates the value of each customer and is committed to meeting their needs
- Demonstrates leadership, sound judgment, enjoys mentoring
- Ability to work independently, flexible and reliable
- Remains current in your industry and embraces emerging techniques
- Keen desire to continue building your career in a meaningful manner
- Professional references (employer and/or client)
- Strong sense of community and our role within it

Good to have:
- Experience grooming cats
- Bi-lingual (French & English)
- Supervisory or Operations experience
- Formal grooming training
- Obedience training
- Judging experience
- Event management
